Access to HE Pre-RAC terms and conditions

I have read the Pre-RAC guidance.
I will not use another person’s details to enter results (i.e. give another tutor’s name and email address on the ‘confirm details’ section)
I will only enter results against the cohorts of learners that I have taught / for whom I have permission to do so.
I will not share data with external parties or do anything that would be in breach of the data protection act
